Turkeys are available from November to February in South Africa- lucky for us to hit the right time. Sweet potato casserole was yummy - but white potatoes instead of orange! The new recipe cranberry brie was a hit. I made dressing for the first time ever (but was really missing my Aunt's yummy recipe) The only food that was missing was pumpkin pie.
