Here are the gardens in our church area where we homeschool.

Almost every week we have a new visitor
that drops in while we are doing lessons.

This week it was a slug that slowly moved on by. Why does it leave that white, wet trail?
Last week it was a dead bird that had fallen from its nest. We were sad that he had died, but privileged to see him up close and touch his wings.
Then there are always the millipedes and centipedes around.
A plethora of birds and of course the neighboring cat always stops to visit.
This is usually the look on Wyatt's face when something new comes to visit.
We've seen a beautiful blue bearded dragon, but he's too quick for us to get a photo.
This gecko likes to visit inside the kids room sometimes.
Here is our new animal classification chart.
It's fun to think that we see almost all categories of animal life
naturally in the place that we live.
This makes us feel very happy!
